What you need to know: Changes to the IDEA system

If you haven’t heard yet the IDEA student feedback system is moving to an online platform for administration beginning summer 2017. With the transition, we get access to some new and improved features, and getting up to speed is especially crucial for anyone teaching a summer course because that’s when we’ll begin implementation.
All faculty and staff are encouraged to attend an information session to learn about changes to the IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction (SRI) instruments and best practices for increasing response rates. You’ll also receive information on how you will use the new IDEA system to:
- Select learning objectives on the OSF (formerly the FIF)
- Add custom questions
- View your reports
