National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity

UST has established an institutional membership with the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD), as part of our strategic initiatives related to diversity. That means we can provide you with a free membership and access to a variety of its benefits.

Our membership gives you access to (among other things) guest expert webinars, writing challenges, and a weekly productivity email. The NCFDD allows you to become part of a growing national community of scholars who provide support and feedback. All UST faculty, full time and adjuncts, and UST graduate students have access to this membership.

Several UST faculty members have tried out the workshops and services of the NCFDD and describe their experiences as "awesome" and "life-changing." You will learn skills for using time more effectively - creating balance in your life and work. It is free to you and I urge you to take advantage of it.

Please visit the NCFDD website to learn more, and then go to https://www.facultydiversity.org/institutions/stthomas and click “Activate My Membership” and enter basic information to set up your NCFDD profile. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact Faculty Development at 651-962-6022 or facdevctr@stthomas.edu.

To make an accessibility request, call Disability Resources at (651) 962-6315.
