Summer Online Learning Series

A quick dose of learning to start the day

At St. Thomas Executive Education, we aim to provide real-world learning that you can apply immediately. Step out of your day-to-day for a quick infusion of information to start your morning. No need to consider drive-time and parking in the mix, you just need a computer, phone, or tablet with an internet connection to join.

This summer, the focus is learning with faculty who teach in our new St. Thomas Executive Program (STEP).

Leadership in Anxious Times

As the economic growth ramps up, it raises many unknowns - more potential mergers and acquisitions, fast-paced growth with the normal lag in hiring top talent, a regulatory environment in flux and tough competitive pressures. How can leaders begin to see signs of overload and anxiety, and what are the most effective responses to keep talent focused and productive?

Join us for this online session led by Peter Krembs, Adjunct Faculty, University of St. Thomas.

Tuesday, July 24
8-9 a.m.

Work in the Worlds of Literature and Film

Work is often depicted negatively in literature and film – as dull, desperate, manipulative, and meaningless. How does work in those fictional worlds compare to the real world of work?

Join us for this online session led by Christopher Michaelson, Associate Professor of Ethics and Business Law, University of St. Thomas.

Tuesday, August 7
8-9 a.m.
