Catering Corner: Addressing Special Dietary Needs

The health and well-being of our guests and campus community are important. It is rare to host an event where there are no guests who follow a special diet due to medical, cultural, or ethical reasons. We are ready and willing to address these special diet needs to make sure your guests are taken care of and enjoy their experience on our campus.

We recommend asking your guests if they have special diet needs as part of your event registration, that way we can plan to make sure they will have appropriate foods available at the event. Your catering manager can work with our culinary team, and consult with a registered dietitian if needed, to check ingredients and their sourcing.

We regularly source and prepare foods free of the top 8 allergens (fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat and eggs), as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes. If your guests have less common diet needs, please let us know and we will work to make accommodations.

Our catering menu notes where gluten free items are available. For other accommodations, please consult your catering or event manager.
