Have you ever been asked by others what you plan to do with your English degree? Do you know what the career possibilities are? If you are unsure or uncertain, here's your opportunity to talk with 12 English major alumni and learn about how they got to where they are today.

After brief introductions about where they are now, how they got there, and how an English degree has benefitted them, the rest of this event will be open for mixing-and-mingling; this is your opportunity to ask our alumni more specific questions and gain some insight about how useful an English degree can be.

You do not need to stay for the entire  event, which is free and open to all undergraduate and graduate English students, as well as department faculty. So that we order enough appetizers and refreshments, an RSVP to english@stthomas.edu would be appreciated. These alumni are coming to campus specifically to talk to you, so we hope that you can make it--this is a great opportunity that is not to be missed!
