Career Highlights:

Dr. Amir Naqwi has 30 years of academic and industrial experience. He has led a research group at Fluid Mechanics Institute, University of Erlangen, Germany and worked in leadership positions at two Minnesota companies: TSI Inc. and MSP Corporation. He is founder of two startup hi-tech firms: Powerscope Inc. and Abbe Vision, Inc. Amir Naqwi holds multiple patents and is author of about 50 peer-reviewed publications. He has raised more than $10M in government research grants throughout his career. He has served on the advisory committees of international conferences and review panels of federal agencies, including NIH and NSF. He regularly reviews manuscripts submitted for publication to scientific journals.
