Employers: If you are looking to hire undergraduate engineering students or grads for internships, co-ops, or employment in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering or civil engineering we want to hear from you! We invite you to to learn about the many services and resources offered by the St. Thomas Career Development Center and the School of Engineering.

- Web Site for posting internship or full-time career positions:
The University of St. Thomas Career Development Center provides employers with the ability to post internships and/or full-time positions. This site is well-used by current students and alumni. Visit the Career Development Center at www.stthomas.edu/careerdevelopment/employers .

Employers have access to resumes that students have made available. Gain fast access to students and recent graduates who are seeking jobs and internships.

This program provides an efficient way to interview many candidates in one day here on our St. Paul campus, in a preliminary, screening interview format. Ideal for employers who can anticipate hiring needs in advance and who may have multiple positions available.
- Engineering Reverse Career Fair – “Meet the Engineers” Event: http://www.stthomas.edu/engineering/undergraduate/reversecareerfair/
This career fair has employers walk around and talk to undergraduate students in a poster session-type environment. Students have academic projects and resumes available for viewing. This event is held in late September. Details of this event are posted within the School of Engineering website by mid-August www.stthomas.edu/engineering or contact the School of Engineering for further information, 651-962-5750.
- Engineering Co-ops:
A faculty contact within the School of Engineering works with employers offering co-ops. As this faculty member may change periodically, please call the School of Engineering to get the current contact name and information, 651-962-5750.
- Submit a design project – “Senior Design Clinic”:
Each year, teams of engineering seniors work on real-life design projects from companies. If you have a project for our students, please communicate with the faculty member in charge of our Senior Design Clinic. As this faculty member may change periodically, please call the School of Engineering to get the current contact name and information, 651-962-5750.
- Connect with engineering-related student clubs:
If you are interested in making a presentation to a student club (e.g. IEEE, ASME, SWE, etc.), or you wish to offer a company tour, the Career Development Center’s Employer Relations Recruitment Specialist can help you make those connections. See below contact information.
