Our talented chefs are up to date on the trends in cuisine and are constantly creating innovative menu items to satisfy our guests both regionally and internationally.
Our menus have been designed to utilize fresh and local ingredients. It is our goal to use locally grown and sourced food whenever possible, such as fresh produce from the University’s stewardship garden in the summer months. Our five tent poles of sustainable practice is designed to be all encompassing to cover each sector of our business.
