    Tommie Food Shelf

Tommie Shelf is a grocery giveaway that partners with two local non-profit community partners to bring two monthly grocery giveaways to campus.

Tommie Shelf partners with Keystone Community Services on the St. Paul campus, and Good in the ’Hood on the Minneapolis campus to give away shelf-stable food and fresh produce to members of the St. Thomas community.

A partnership with Kitchen Coalition and Second Harvest Heartland provides healthy ready to eat meals that are microwave ready to students. These meals last up to three months in the freezer. The distribution of these meals coincides with Tommie Shelf. Meals are also available in the Off Campus Student Life Lounge in Anderson Student Center.
