All quarterly account statements that are returned as ”Not Deliverable, Unable to Forward” by the US Post Office will be researched and if a forwarding address cannot be found, a $3.00 per quarter fee will be charged to the member's account starting October 1, 2015. If and when the balance of zero is reached, the account will be deemed dormant and will be closed. After a period of 3 years, any accounts that have an existing balance will be turned over to the state of Minnesota, Unclaimed Property Division, according to Minnesota Statues.
The St. Thomas Employee Federal Credit Union will charge a NSF fee of $30.00 for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
