Amy is completing her doctorate in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. She works from an existential-humanistic and positive psychology foundation. She is especially interested in integrating Eastern philosophy with Western psychology in the interest of promoting mental health and enhancing quality of life. Amy uses compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and mindfulness-based interventions, and mind-body practices in her work with clients. Her interests include anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and transition, relationship concerns, stress management, and trauma.
Liza is completing her Ph.D in Counseling Psychology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Minneapolis, MN. Liza integrates humanistic, developmental and behavioral approaches in her counseling. Her interests include anxiety, stress management, school/life balance, relationship issues, psychological assessment, adjustment issues, and substance abuse concerns.
