The Controller’s Office reconciles grants on a quarterly basis to meet the reporting and invoicing requirements of Grantors. Principal Investigator (PI) will receive a quarterly financial grant report from the Controller’s Office that must be reviewed.
As Principal Investigator (PI) of this grant, you are responsible for managing and monitoring your grant budget. Managing your grant spending to stay within your approved grant budget is very important. Reimbursement from the Grantor depends on it!
