Celebrating 25 Years

Mentoring the Next Generation

Family Business Breakfast Series

Friday, September 29

Developing the business and leadership abilities in the next generation can be challenging without the right tools in place to educate future leaders. Learn from local families who have created successful mentoring processes in their businesses. They’ll share how they’ve raised business savvy children and transmitted their values and traditions across generations. They’ll also share how they mentor both family and non-family members, and the differences between those structures, and how they are transitioning key elements of firm leadership to the next generation.

Panelists
  • Ric Cox, Partner, 2nd generation leader of Cox Insurance
  • Marnie Ochs-Raleigh, CEO, 6th generation entrepreneur and founder of Evolve Systems
  • Casey Regan, President and CEO, 3rd generation leader of Premier Bank Minnesota
Moderator
  • Liz Welsh, Associate Professor of Management, University of St. Thomas

First-time attendees are invited to join us for breakfast as our guest to see if it meets the needs of your family. Regular registration for one breakfast is $200 per family or sign on for the whole season (seven breakfasts) for $1,000.
