Accessing Academic Resources Remotely

The University of St. Thomas cares about your success and is committed to providing support to you.  With the shift to online classes for the remainder of the semester, we want to ensure that you are aware of the vast online resources that are available to you during this time.  The Center for Student Achievement staff are available to support undergraduate students and faculty members via Zoom, by phone or through email.  We are available 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We will be updating this page with additional information as we receive it.

Academic Counseling:  Currently offering virtual drop-in hours, as well as academic coaching for students desiring additional accountability and support in remote learning.  You can schedule a meeting with an academic counselor by leaving a message at (651) 962-6300 or sending an email to academiccounseling@stthomas.edu.

English Language Consulting: Pathway:  Students can use their scheduling link to set up an appointment.  If you do not yet have a personalized scheduling link or need help finding your link, email retention@stthomas.edu to request one.

Math Placement Tutoring:  Students can use their scheduling link to set up an appointment.  If you do not yet have a personalized scheduling link, email arden.ashley-wurtmann@stthomas.edu to request one.

Office of Study Abroad:  Students can access online study abroad resources on our OneSt.Thomas site. Students can watch an online First Step Session and schedule a Zoom meeting with a study abroad advisor.  If you have additional questions, please email studyabroad@stthomas.edu 

Pre-Health Professions Advising:  Current students are encouraged to Schedule an appointment. You must use your four-letter-four-number @stthomas.edu address for this process.
