Cardinal Turkson, the president of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, will speak on "Faith and the Call for a Human Ecology." The Ghanaian native is a leading authority on the ethics of agriculture, and he is currently involved in drafting Pope Francis' forthcoming encyclical on the environment.
