Employer Resume Book Access
Students and alumni may post their resumes in Handshake. Most are seeking either internships or a full-time, post-graduation position.
In order to request access, employers must have an approved, active account in Handshake. Positions are screened for appropriateness to our student population. Access is only granted for PAID internship and Full-time career opportunities requiring a bachelor’s degree.
Once the account is established with our office, employers may request additional access to the resume book service. For more information, call Jennifer Rogers at (651) 962-6761 or follow the steps below.

- General Business
- Information Technology/Sciences
- Social Services/Nonprofit/Government
- Recruiting Agencies
Step 1: New Employer/Contact Registration
Before requesting access to the university of St. Thomas resume books, you will need an approved account in Handshake. If you do not already have a Handshake account, please allow 1-2 business days for approval. If you have registered, and have not yet been approved, please wait until your account is approved.
Step 2: Already Have an Account?
Log into Handshake and click on the "Request Resume Book Access" button under Shortcuts. You will be directed to a form asking for additional information about your request. We will attempt to establish access to resume books as soon as possible.
Step 3: Access Resumes
Once you have established an account and we have granted you access to the resume books, you may log into Handshake and click on the Resume Books menu option. Additional information about using the books may be emailed to you after your account is granted access.
