Report a lost or stolen card immediately!

Any and all charges to your eXpress account are your responsibility, that's why it's very important for you to report your card lost or stolen, as soon as possible. Once your card is reported lost it can't be used to make any purchases or for access into any buildings. (Don't worry - you're still able to use your meal plan with WaveID!)

There are 3 ways to report a lost or stolen card:

Between 8:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday:

  • Call the Tommie Card Office at 651-962-6069. Do NOT call after hours or on the weekend and leave a voicemail about your card. The message will not be heard until the next business day. 

24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

  • Login to the CardCenter at using your St. Thomas username and password and click on Report Lost Card.


  • Call Public Safety at 651-962-5100.

Card Found

If you find your card after reporting it lost, you can report it "found" the same way.
