The eXpress Account is a declining balance account available to registered students, faculty, and staff. The account is administered by the Card Office. The account owner may spend account funds at various on-campus and off-campus businesses via the Tommie Card. In the event the Card Office or Business Office views the eXpress account usage to be excessive or abusive, the Bill Me option and the eXpress account can, and may, be deactivated. Additionally, the University reserves the right to inactivate the Bill Me option and/or the eXpress account at any time, for any reason.
Once a deposit has been made to an eXpress account, it cannot be withdrawn. Refunds will only be issued on balances of $10.00 or more when a student graduates, transfers, or formally withdraws or after an employee seperates from the University. Any credit balance of $10.00 or more will be refunded. Student refunds will be applied to their student tuition account.
