Reserve Leadership Center Rooms

The Sunberg Leadership Center (ASC 308) has 3 reservable space available for Student Clubs & Organizations activities. The following spaces can be reserved through Outlook Calendar. All Other space on campus must be reserved through 25Live.

  • The Club Hub (ASC 312)
  • The Inclusive Leadership Collaboratory (ASC 316)
  • The Club Event Studio (ASC 318)

All faculty, staff, students, and guest will be expected to follow health and safety protocols. All occupants within this space will need to:

  • Abide by the Common Good Occupancy Limit that is posted in the room.
  • Maintain at least 6 feet apart from one another.
  • Wear a mask or other face covering.
  • Follow cleaning instructions outlined in room before and after you use the space.
  • Adhere to the other health & safety protocols outlined in the current Campus Preparedness Plan

The Club Hub (ASC 316) & The Club Event Studio (ASC 318) are reservable spaces for student clubs and organizations to implement the mission and goals of their group. Clubs may utilize the space for meetings, events, or other club related activities.

To submit a reservation, use Microsoft Outlook and follow these steps: 

  • The requestor must create a meeting request through Outlook to reserve the room. All reservations must meet the room requirements listed above.
  • Under “People” or the “To” section, put ustclubs@stthomas.edu as the contact.
  • In the “Add a title for the event” or “Subject” bar, put the title of your event.
  • In the “Add a location or a room” bar, put the "ASC 312" or ASC 318" & the name of your club.
  • Adjust Start & End Time as needed. The requestor will receive an email from Campus Life if a reservation needs to be adjusted.
  • In the message section below, provide a description of the event.
  • Click “Send” on the top right corner to finish the process.
  • Even though your reservation maybe listed as “Tentative” on the ustclubs outlook calendar, you may still use the space at your reserved time unless another club has already submitted a reservation or otherwise directed by Campus Life Staff.
  • Requestor can change or cancel reservation by updating the meeting invitation in their Outlook Calendar.

The Inclusive Leadership Collaboratory (ILC) will foster a multicultural environment where students can engage in foundational learning experiences that will help them develop the attitudes, knowledge, and skills needed for inclusive leadership in an increasingly diverse world. Students will develop and strengthen inclusive qualities needed for leadership, such as self-understanding, confidence, empathy, communication and building connections in a multicultural and global community.

Student groups are welcome to use the Inclusive Leadership Collaboratory for collaboration activities and educational events that support the mission and vision of the space.
