Academic Calendar

The Master of Science in Health Care Communication program launches a cohort each fall

When you begin the program, you will know exactly which days you are expected to attend class and participate in on-campus class sessions.

Regular monthly classes are held on the university's Minneapolis campus. You will be in class once a month on a Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In between class weekends, you can expect 10-20 hours per week of class preparation through a combination of online activities including, but not limited to, conferencing and simulations, discussion boards and group collaboration. Activities will vary by course.

Program Schedule: 2018-2019

After the bootcamp week, subsequent on-campus sessions consist of a morning and afternoon session, each devoted to the two courses in the module. The morning of each session will conclude the course kicked off in the previous on-campus session; the afternoon will kick off the second course in the module.
