The MS in Business Analytics program is delivered by the Opus College of Business in partnership with the Graduate Programs in Software, housed within St. Thomas' School of Engineering.
This unique collaboration allows the program to emphasize the application of analytics to drive business decisions, but also provide students with the critical technical skills to understand data management systems.
Students will experience both of St. Thomas' distinctive campuses during their studies. The graduate business courses are delivered on our Minneapolis campus, in the heart of the downtown business district. The courses from the school of engineering (SEIS and ETLS) are found on our scenic 80-acre St. Paul campus. Convenient parking, food services, and study areas are available on either campuses.
During the fall and spring semesters, courses usually meet once per week, Monday - Thursday. Classes typically run from 6-9 p.m. or from 5:45 - 9 p.m.
During the summer session, courses typically meet from late May to August, from 5:30-9:45 p.m. on weeknights in the Opus College of Business. Courses in the GPS program run over the course of seven weeks from the last week in May/first week in June until the middle of July each year. Classes meet two nights each week (either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday).
