Creating Your Signature

Simply copy and paste the formatted text above into your email application. Microsoft offers resources on how to create a custom email signature for both Office 365 and Outlook. Please choose the guide for the correct application.

Email Footer

Every new email sent by university employees will automatically be appended with the university logo and brand expression. There is no need to include this in your signature. Below is a sample of this image; it will not appear in "forward" or "reply" emails.
