ASC Study Rooms
The Anderson Student Center offers unused meeting rooms as study rooms to St. Thomas students with a valid St. Thomas ID after 2:00pm during the week and after 12:00pm on weekends. ASC study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for up to two hours at a time. Study room reservations can be extended at the end of the two-hour period as long as there are no other students waiting.
The ASC study rooms are available as-is, the configuration of the room will not be changed. Students using the study rooms are required to abide by all Anderson Student Center policies, as laid out in the ASC Policy Manual.
The ASC study rooms are for individual and group study only. Using Study Rooms for recreational purposes will result in the reservation being cancelled and room occupants will be asked to leave in an effort to make sure there are study rooms available for those wishing to use them for individual or group study.
St. Thomas student clubs and organizations need an assigned and approved reservation in 25Live in order to use an ASC space for a meeting or an event.
Students can check out study rooms using their St. Thomas ID at Tommie Central.
