noonartsound, series of programs that blend musical performance and historical perspective, is a perfect event for St. Paul neighbors of the University of St. Thomas. The programs are held from noon to 1 p.m. in the first-floor O’Shaughnessy Room (Room 108) of O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center.
 
Chris Kachian, professor of music, will interview John Tauer, psychology professor and men’s basketball coach, on Tuesday, Nov. 7, from noon-1 p.m. in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library, O’Shaughnessy Room. 
 
The series, free and open to all, was started by Shelly Nordtorp-Madson, Ph.D., Department of Art History professor emeriti, and Chris Kachian, Ph.D., guitarist and professor of music.
 
Free and open to the public.
