    Available for all high school and transfer students

    We invite you to campus for a personalized visit where you have the opportunity to create an itinerary that best fits your needs and interests.

    Choose from a variety of appointment options, including:

    • A conversation with an admissions counselor
    • A guided campus tour of our St. Paul campus
    • Virtual appointments with faculty and other departments around campus
    • A meal in one of our dining facilities

    Information Session

    Available for all high school students

    Join us on campus for an information session presented by an admissions counselor, followed by a campus tour. During the information session, you will learn about academics, campus life, the admissions process and the basics of financial aid.

    Select Saturday dates are available.

    Beyond the Classroom

    Available for admitted high school seniors

    Engage with current students and future classmates while familiarizing yourself with our residence halls and campus community. At Beyond the Classroom, you will gain an understanding of what life as a Tommie is all about! During this event you'll have the opportunity to:

    • Tour first-year residence halls
    • Participate in activities with current St. Thomas students and future Tommies
    • Enjoy a complimentary dinner, brief presentation and one-on-one conversations with current students

    Parents and families: there is special programming for guests of admitted students, where you will gain insight from campus representatives as to how St. Thomas supports its students.

    Learn all about transferring to St. Thomas! Come see campus in person and meet with an admissions counselor to learn about transferring credits. You'll also be able to connect with financial aid counselors, professors and campus partners - like a music director, student diversity and inclusion services, disability resources and more!

    COVID-19 Visit Policy

    In accordance with CDC, MDH, and University of St. Thomas Policies:

    We want campus to be a safe place for everyone, and expect visitors to be vaccinated. St. Thomas requires face coverings in indoor public spaces when others are present. This applies to all community members regardless of vaccination status.

    If you are feeling sick, we ask that you stay home, and instead contact our Visit Office to reschedule your visit.

    We welcome you to visit St. Thomas using our fly-in program – where we'll cover a portion of your travel costs when you come to campus.     Group Visits

    Group visits consist of a tour of our St. Paul campus and a 45-minute admissions presentation as well as additional appointment options. The admissions presentation will cover information about both our 4-year program and the Dougherty Family College.
