Apply For Housing

Undergraduate On-Campus Housing

To apply for on-campus housing, send the following to the Office of International Recruiting and Admissions:

  • A completed 2015-2016 Housing Application (PDF)
  • A $200 check or money order
    • Be sure to apply for housing on time!
    • Your $200 will be refunded if housing is not available or your student visa application is denied.

Housing is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed by the University of St. Thomas.

Before you apply for housing:

Indicate your housing preferences and your dining preferences on the housing application form.  If you receive on-campus housing, you will be notified of your housing assignment within a few months.

You can move into your assigned room as early as August 26.

Off-Campus Living

Students who choose to live off campus can find housing in the safe, quiet residential area surrounding the St. Paul campus. Through its Off-Campus Student Services office, St. Thomas maintains a list of rooms and apartments available in the vicinity.

If you plan to live in non-university housing off campus, it is your responsibility to find accommodations and make the arrangements yourself.  Apartments are rented from the 1st day of the month.

Visit the Off-Campus Student Services homepage to get started.  To get current housing information, click "Off-Campus Housing Listings."

You can mail your housing application and $200 to:
