Curriculum

St. Thomas has multiple ways of ensuring integrity in its curriculum. First, each school or college has an external advisory board that meets regularly. These groups offer advice from professionals in the field and from the community on issues of curriculum for new programs and for updates to existing programs.

Second, all new curriculum proposals are taken through a process of internal peer review beginning at the department level and culminating at the appropriate university committee.
