- There are three registration options.
- Commuter registration includes:
- All keynote and general sessions.
- All meals during the conference except for Night On the Town.
- Housing registration includes:
- Housing from Monday, June 26 to Thursday, June 29, with checkout by noon on Friday, June 30.
- Rooms are apartment-style housing with four single-bedrooms per apartment.
- Bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, a fitted and flat bed sheet, fleece blanket, and a bar of soap are provided if you are staying on campus.
- Plan to pack a hair dryer, shampoo & other toiletries you may want.
- All keynote and general sessions.
- All meals during the conference except for Night On the Town.
- Housing from Monday, June 26 to Thursday, June 29, with checkout by noon on Friday, June 30.
- One-Day registration includes:
- Keynote and general sessions.
- Day of meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Except for Night On the Town.

Night on the Town is an optional ASACCU community building tradition. The host institution showcases the best of it's location by taking participants off campus to a fun location, event, etc.
This year, the University of St. Thomas has partnered with two other ASACCU institutions to provide conference attendees with three opportunities to explore the Twin Cities.

Housing accommodations provided by University of St. Thomas are only open to conference attendees.
The University of St. Thomas has partnered with area hotels to provide discounted rates for visitors to our campuses.

The address for the University of St. Thomas is: 2115 Summit Avenue Saint Paul, MN 55105
However, that is the address for the entire multi block campus and will take guests to one particular spot.
What follows are directions to the area where the residence halls are clustered together.
- From the Minneapolis St Paul International Airport:
- Take MN-5 east toward St. Paul (for about 2 miles)
- Exit onto Edgecumbe Road
- Turn left on Edgecumbe Road (continue on Edgecumbe for a little more than half a mile)
- Turn left onto St. Paul Ave
- St. Paul Avenue turns into Cleveland Avenue after approximately 1 mile.
- Continue on Cleveland Avenue for 2 miles (you will cross Summit Ave. GPS instructions will want you to turn onto this street. Don’t turn on Summit Ave)
- Turn left onto Selby Avenue
- At the intersections of Selby Ave and Finn St (at the stop sign), turn left into campus.
- Morrison Hall is immediately on the right, with parking available in the adjoining surface lot.
- Check in is in Koch Commons, just down the drive on the left.

We encourage all conference attendees to prepare a professional look that makes you feel comfortable as you will be sitting at sessions. We also suggest that you bring layers as room temperatures can vary.
Finally, we encourage all to showcase their campus pride!

Summer in Minnesota can be warm, and often our classrooms and spaces can be cold. We suggest packing layers with sweaters, cardigans, etc.
If you forget something, the Summit Marketplace is an on-campus convenience store in the Anderson Student Center with snack options, groceries, toiletries and more.
Full refunds will be provided up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference (May 26, 2023). Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds past this date due to incurred costs.
