           If you email us with your questions or draft (but not for an appointment), we will make every effort to respond to you WITHIN 72 HOURS. If you send us your draft, please include:

  • your year in school and program of study
  • the language you speak at home
  • the course name and number, your instructor's name
  • a description of the assignment
  • the due date
  • your 3 top concerns and direct us to specific places in the text.
