Our Summer/J-Term Hours

During summer sessions and January term, peer writing consultants are available on an appointment only basis.

Our Location

The Center for Writing is located on Summit Avenue between Cleveland and Cretin Avenues. From points west and east on Interstate 94 exit at Cretin/Vandalia and proceed south to Summit Avenue. Guest parking is available at the Cretin & Summit lot west of the Summit Avenue buildings.

Students from the Minneapolis campus can take the free UST shuttle which stops outside the arches and JRC on Summit Avenue.

The Center for Writing is located in Room 361 on the third level of John Roach Center at the corner of Summit and Cleveland Avenues, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Enter JRC under the arches or, for elevator access, enter either of the east doors of JRC.
