Iota Iota Iota (Triota) is an academic honor society for the field of Women's Studies. The purpose of this organization is to encourage and support scholarship and excellence in the field. The Greek letter Iota was selected to respresent the goddesses Inanna, Ishtar, and Isis. The University of St. Thomas chapter of the organization is Beta Eta. Iota Iota Iota strives to maintain the feminist values central to Women's Studies and to encourage diversity, egalitarianism, and a supportive academic environment for all students.
