Are you interested in learning how to live a more relaxed life?  Do you want to experience more mindfulness in your every day-to-day activities?  Then please join us for Mindful Movement, a relaxation class that will consist  in mindful movement, breathing exercises, and body and breath-centered meditations.  During class, please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes and bring a blanket or towel, if desired.  Mindful Movement will be practiced every Thursday night from 5:15-6pm.

Class will be led by Uta Wolfe, Ph. D., Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, Program for Neuroscience.  Dr. Wolfe is a neuroscientist and certified yoga teacher with special training in how to use yoga for depression and anxiety.  She has studied neuroscience, yoga, and meditation for 20 years and has a research and teaching interest in how contemplative practices affect the brain and behavior.  At UST, Dr. Wolfe teaches a for-credit class called “Yoga for Therapy” and conducts relaxation and mindful movement classes for the community
