Centering Meditation

Centering Meditation teaches us to access the healing silence that is always available during our busy, stressful lives. It is a receptive, deep method of silent meditation that uses a chosen “sacred word” in order to bring us into a more serene state of mind where we are less identified with the thoughts, feelings, sensations, and emotions that typically flood our consciousness, causing us to feel distracted, stressed out, and overwhelmed.
