Kick Boxing

Join This cardio/core-toning class for a fun, fast paced workout. You will learn and practice punching and kicking techniques with focus pad drills. This martial arts based workout will improve your agility, confidence, coordination, and stamina. Sign up and 'kick it' up a notch! The instructor has been in Martial Arts for 12 years and holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Kickboxing classes will be held from 7:00-8:00p.m. every Tuesday and Wednesday, beginning March 11, in the third-floor gym of O'Shaughnessy Hall Athletic building.

For $20, students can buy a punch card that is good for six sessions. Faculty and staff members can buy a punch card for $35. You can purchase a second punch card at anytime.
