The adjUST Zzz's page will help to inform you of better sleeping habits, answer some of your sleep questions, and allow you to interact with useful resources.
The process of sleep is a powerful resource. It restores, rejuvenates and energizes the body and brain. The third of your life that you spend sleeping, profoundly effects the other two thirds of your life in terms of alertness, energy, mood, body weight, perception, memory, thinking, reaction time, productivity, performance, communication skills, creativity, safety, and good health.
The Sleep Squad is dedicated to the importance of sleep and student success. During programming the Sleep Squad will cover three main areas:
1. Why is sleep important?
2. An assessment of your current sleeping habits.
3. Practical solutions to solving your current sleep problems.
The Sleep Squad provides one hour programming to a minimum of 6 people at a time.
