SHRM is a student based chapter affiliated with the National SHRM organization. The purposes of this chapter are:

o To acquaint students, considering a future in business, with the field of human resources.

o To keep students up-to-date on new developments in the field of human resource management.

o To provide learning opportunities through interaction with human resource practitioners.

o To promote the development of professional human resource managers for the future.

Who should join UST SHRM?

o UST students of any major interested in Human Resources

o Those who want to network with other students and local HR professionals

o Anyone who is interested in leadership opportunities on campus
