2009 Goals

 Excellence: Expect it, Experience it!

1)           Campus Safety:

a.   Creating Awareness to students about the Blue Light System, Public Safety Services, and Emergency Procedures.

2)         Early Student Evaluations of New Educators:

a.   Provide a formal mechanism for students to provide constructive feedback to new instructors

b.   Provide a win-win situation in development for young educators as well as an enhanced learning environment for students

c.   Promote a healthy and communicative relationship between faculty and students

3)         Major Title on Diploma:

a.   Seek to understand underlying reasoning behind current diploma structure and any barriers to a change in design

b.   Work to eliminate misinterpretation for international students seeking employment in their home nation as well as national students seeking employment globally

4)         Increasing the Availability of Meal Plan food service hours

a.   Provide greater opportunity for students holding meal plans to utilize their meal plans to their full ability.

b.   Improve overall sense of well-being, excitement, and waste management through proper nutrition and sustainability.

5)         Public Relations Push:

a.   Market a positive image of USG on campus

b.   Encourage students to participate in self governance either directly or by petition
