Undergraduate Research & Collaborative Scholarships
Eligibility
THE STUDENT TRAVEL GRANT PROGRAM HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED . THE PROGRAM WILL BE REINSTATED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Student Travel Grants are available only to degree-seeking undergraduate students at the University of St. Thomas. Your travel must take place while you are enrolled at UST or up to three months following graduation. If you plan to travel after graduation, the focus of your scholarly presentation must be based on research that you conducted while enrolled at UST. For summer travel, you must indicate your intention to return to St. Thomas in the Fall Semester following your travel.
You must be confirmed as a presenter at a scholarly meeting to be eligible to apply and must provide a copy of an acceptance letter confirming your status as a presenter or a copy of the conference program listing you as a speaker.
You must also be sponsored by a faculty member at the University of St. Thomas.
Note on Repeat Applications
You are welcome to apply more than once for a Student Travel grant, but when resources are limited, reviewers will give competitive preference to applicants who have never received a grant.
