The University of St. Thomas uses social media to communicate its mission and personality through the sharing of relevant and timely content while engaging in conversations with key audiences, including prospective and current students, parents, alumni, friends and donors.
Our goals are to:
- Engage the UST community through conversations and active participation and convey the university’s personality using a friendly, familiar tone.
- Establish the criteria for the nature and frequency of posts and formalize the request process.
- Create benchmarks to establish measureable results.
- Support social media work at the department level.
