St. Thomas gives student-athletes the opportunity to get
the best of both worlds. The reputation that this school
holds within the business community in the Twin Cities is
unmatched by any other school around. And in terms of the
athletics, St. Thomas always fields a top of the
conference program, especially on the track and field.

When I reached my PR in last years
conference meet and placed second. It was a big PR (over a
meter) and moved me into second place.
I decided on St. Thomas because
when I toured the campus it felt more comfortable than all
the other places I visited. The school sold itself. The
number of possible majors and also the opportunity for
finding a job after school with the help of a network of
alumni drew me to St. Thomas. The opportunity to compete
at a high level in athletics was important, but I came to
St. Thomas because I knew I would leave with a good
education and that is the most important reason I came to
St. Thomas. |
