Jump Coach Steve Luzum
| The
2004 season marks Steve's fourth year coaching with the St. Thomas program. Prior to
joining the UST staff, Steve coached jumper's at Totino
Grace and Cretin Derham Hall High Schools.
Luzum graduated from St. Thomas in
1990 with a degree in Marketing. He earned
All-America status as a triple jumper in 1988 with a
sixth-place finish at the national meet. |

He ended his St.
Thomas career holding the school record in both the high
and triple jumps, while
earning 16 All-MIAC awards
including eight
conference championships in those two
events.

Jumping Stats
A 1986 graduate of Apple Valley High
School,
Luzum was a two- time All-State in the high jump
and triple jump where he earned a 2nd place finish in
both
events in the 1986 State High School Track
and Field
Championships while helping Apple Valley
capture the State
title.
Luzum's coaching credits include athletes with 4
national
qualifying jumpers.
Steve in employed as a Software Developer.
