Early College Awareness

Early exposure to post-secondary opportunities is a strong indicator for student success. The University of St. Thomas' Early College Awareness program exposes future first-generation college students to the possibilities beyond high school.

What: Post-Secondary Info session and Campus Tour

Who: St. Thomas student leaders volunteer share their experiences and perspective with future first-generation college students currently attending under-served middle schools.

Where: University of St. Thomas St. Paul Campus

When: Mondays and Wednesdays 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Early College Awareness campus visits are for middle school-aged students. Visits include a motivational think college now message followed by a student-led campus tour.

Tours are available 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. on select Mondays and Wednesdays. Maximum group size is 50 students; 1 chaperone is required for every 10 students.
