The University of St. Thomas

General Conference Information

The conference includes four sessions open to the general public.  The speakers for these sessions are Fr. John O’Malley from Georgetown University, Sr. Maureen Sullivan from St. Anselm as well as Fr. Jan Michael Joncas and Sr. Katarina Schuth from St. Thomas.


The registration fee of $50 covers an opening reception on Thursday as well as participation in eight concurrent sessions with academic presentations from faculty (and some graduate students) from Loyola University, Marquette University, Cardinal Stritch University, Boston College, University of St. Catherine, St. John’s, LaSalle University, Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Franciscan University of Steubenville, Duquesne University and the University of St. Thomas.  The topics of the sessions include Dei Verbum, Nostra Aetate, Lumen Gentium, Evangelization, Ecumenism, Morality, Laity, and Contemporary Topics.


The $75 registration includes dinner on Friday night.  Registration after August 15 is $75 without dinner and $100 with dinner.
