Rev. Hugo Montero, Ph.D., assistant professor of theology, director of Hispanic ministry for the University’s campus ministry, is a priest of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. He earned his undergraduate degrees and his Ph.D. from the Pontifical Catholic University, Quito, Ecuador; an M.A. and M. Div.
