During the spring semester, the Department will host one Interdisciplinary Colloquium. The purpose of the colloquium is to discuss Dr. Timothy Pawl’s book In Defense of Conciliar Christology: A Philosophical Essay (Oxford University Press, 2016). In the book, Pawl defends the teachings of the first seven ecumenical councils concerning the person and natures of Christ from philosophical objections.  The colloquium will also feature the comments of a reviewer, Dr. Mark DelCogliano, of our own UST Theology Department. The leather room is located behind the coffee shop on the ground floor of the library.
