| How are humans saved? Do we have a free will? Does God choose some to be saved and others to be damned? This course examines the answers offered to these questions by two influential Protestant reformers: Martin Luther and John Calvin. It also explores their views on marriage and family life, work, religious and political authority, and the status of women. Prerequisite: THEO 101 (or 102 and 103) | ||||||
