Transcript isn't here? Grades not posted?

If you have checked with the Registrar's office to verify that your transcript from abroad has not yet arrived, you should contact your program directly. Ask them if it was sent or when it is expected to be sent. Your courses/credits from abroad are typically posted very promptly after they are received at St. Thomas. Inquire with the Registrar's office for confirmation of this at registrar@stthomas.edu; ext. 2-6700.

What if my courses aren't applied to my degree evaluation correctly?

If you had courses pre-approved using the Course Approval Record Form (or approved upon your return) to fulfill UST requirements, but this is not being reflected in your degree evaluation, contact the Registrar's office at registrar@stthomas.edu, ext. 2-6700 for follow up.
