Non-Exempt Staff Council Study Abroad Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to provide a scholarship for degree-seeking undergraduate students who are accepted into a study abroad program. Preference is given to students in the following order: (1) a non-exempt staff member; (2) child of a non-exempt staff member.

Award Amount:  Up to $1000 per term, depending on available funds. The first application deadline for this scholarship is November 1, 2009 (for the 2010 January Term or spring semester). It will be awarded in the future as funds are available; this website will indicate if applications are being accepted for an upcoming deadline.

Criteria:

• Undergraduate enrolled in a degree-seeking program
• Non-exempt staff member or child of non-exempt staff member
• Student traveling abroad

Deadlines:

• November 1st for January Term and spring programs
• April 1st for summer, fall and full-year programs
