Applying Students

For Semester/Year programs

It's as easy as 1...2...3...

1.  Go to a first-steps session.  Take 30 minutes to learn the application process.

2.  See a study abroad advisor.

• Contact us to make an appointment
• Discuss study abroad program information details
• Go over how to apply and complete both UST and program applications
• Get help with all your study abroad questions about financing study abroad, credit, scholarships, and how courses fulfill core and major/minor requirements
• Discuss your plans with your academic advisor

3.  Submit applications to the IEC front desk by the deadlines

• October 1 for spring
• March 15 for summer, fall and full-year

For Short-Term programs

January Term programs are announced each February for the following year.  Enrollment opens in April.  Visit the J-Term, spring-embedded, or summer program information for details on all short-term options.
