How to apply for Short-Term Programs

1. Read through the course descriptions carefully, Select by Region, and choose a course.

2. Download and read Short-term Off-Campus Policies and Procedures. You are responsible for the reading, understanding, and abiding by its content.

3. Download the application that corresponds with your course sponsor:

• UST Undergraduate January Term 2009
• UMAIE Undergraduate January Term 2009
• HECUA January Term 2009

4. Make your $350 deposit to the Business Office (use voucher provided in the application). If applying for two programs, only one deposit is required. (Note that you may apply for no more than two programs. However you may only apply for one UMAIE sponsored course; see the FAQ's for more information.)

5. Submit complete application paperwork by the deadlines to the International Education Center, 44 North Cleveland Avenue, St. Paul Campus.
